Hotchkis Strut Tower Brace Installed.

Hey guys got my Hotchkis brace installed a few weeks ago so decided to make a thread about it. Gotta say the instal was much more work than I had anticipated but overall I do like the brace and I feel a difference at higher speeds in the curves but during normal driving I don't feel any difference. Let me know what you guys think

Thanks. I did remove the Hotchkis sticker and I do prefer the look without the sticker. What do you guys think? This is the way it was before

I think it looks great (without sticker)!

But if you gonna continue running without the engine cover (which I also thinks looks good), it's time time to lose the black felt- IMHO of course.

I have been thinking of getting rid of the felt but when I go to shows I like to have my cover with signatures from Scott, Al and the rest of the team and the cover without the felt looks strange in my opinion

As to my knowledge they only come in black and it might be a little difficult to paint on your own since it is a powder coat semi gloss black

No it won't unfortunately. I highly doubt it would even have enough space to clear the 3/8 black ice spacer. But since I'm not planning on making any high horse power build or getting every little bit of power possible it doesn't really bother me that I am not able to put either of them on.

Reviving a old thread

Hey all camaro greats !!

So I ordered the hotchkis strut tower brace with the hopes that it will improve handling even if it’s by 1% . Doesn’t hurt . My question is if anyone that has a PROCHARGER HAS THIS installed and if there were any issues with clearance in the engine bay . Any and all positive input is appreciated . I have read enough threads about why it’s a useless mod , but oh well !! I already have it and I want to move forward with hearing some insight On anyone that has a procharger and has this installed . !!

Thanks again kindly
