Ok so close to Christmas and I'm just now ordering parts for the car... Jus ordered these bulbs will they fit a 2011 Camaro RS?

Luckily for you, cars have a poor sense of dates. I've often given my cars Christmas presents in June or July, and they didn't even notice that there was no snow.
