13.2 is the upper limit of how the SS runs stock, 12.5 being the lower. And yes, it will. Hell, there are a couple people with heads/cam/DRs in the 10s.

Okay, how many SS's can beat at stock ZL1 at Nurburing a car has a steering wheel for a reason, they weren't just made to go in a straight line? If you are going to compare to a ZL1, you should compare everything.
