My bottle heater crapped out on me, so on Nov 23rd, I ordered one from a place called MP racing. The money was pulled from my account on the same day, and as of today, I still have yet to recieve anything but smoke in my a**! I have filed a dispute with Visa, bit it with take up to 60 days to investigate on their end. I have to go on this guys site, and write one hell of a crappy review of the product, before the guy will respond to me, and even then, its just hot air. He sent me a tracking number that ended up being the product being sent to him on Dec 16th, and tried to tell me that number was for me.... Even then it is still 18 days after he supposedly got the delivery, and still no package... Anyway, like the title says.... Buyer beware!

This is the email I got from them this morning... Day 43! Still no part, and out $175!

"You already filed a chargeback on your credit card even though you have the part enroute. We have filed an insurance claim but we will not be giving you a refund + your chargeback. You filed a chargeback the day you said you were going to wait. Please feel free to make your purchases anywhere else as we will not be providing parts for you in the future."

Thanks. I've never had a bad expierience ordering parts from internet vendors, and I've ordered thousands of dollars worth. I will look at your heater when i get home from.work.
