19x12 rear offset

So I've seen where multiple people have been able to fit 20x12 wheels on the rear with no issues. I'm assuming, but correct me if I am wrong, if going to a 19, I would still be able to fit a 12 inch wide wheels on the rear of the car.

Now the reason I want to go that wide is for the possibility of fitting either a 325/30/19 (not sold on which tire yet) or even possibly a 335/30/19 Nitto NT05 (this is more what I'm shooting for). I get that 315s are about as wide as you can go in 20s and still remain flush with the fender but unless there is rubbing while under load that's really not much of an issue for me.

I've measured my wheel well and plugged in the numbers and arrived at an offset of around +42 for the 12 inch wide wheel. I later found this post, and if it worked for them then that offset should be really close.

The issue I'm having is that I don't want to order wheels with a custom offset because if they don't work then I'm out that money. I just want people to remember before responding that I'm okay with the tire sticking outside the fender a bit as long as it doesn't rub on hard turns. So is there a possibility of this working?

P.S. The wheels I want are the Forgestar F14s and I will be dropping the car to better match the new tire diameters
