Folks, it's been a great ride. But after almost two years of ownership, I'm parting way with both my Camaro and my Cobalt. The current economic situation, coupled with my expanding family have deemed it necessary to trade them in. I got a payoff on both, so I wasn't getting ripped off, but I can't argue with 40mpg on 87 octane, especially with the 45 minute drive I have to work every day. But there is hope for a ZL1 in the future once the new car is paid off, but we'll see how life plays out. I've enjoyed the threads and the family that is Camaro5. So until next time, this is goodbye.

This could be a good idea. He could keep the Camaro SS, Cobalt AND get the ZL1

You have to do what you have to do, the first sign of economic hardship for my family my toy is gone also. You have to set your priorities and the Camaro is not one of them. Best of luck to you.

If only Dodge could look at that and say it was fugly...and realize they actually built it out of the beautiful Charger...

Wonder what the going rate is these days? Rumor has it the feds used to place a dollar value on the average person's life, although it doesn't seem to working with the Ebay guy's wife.

i think it was Delorean that proposed a wagon Camaro back in the early 70s. I have a picture in a book of it. Kammback they called it.
