With the 4.00" pulley running about 8-9lbs of boost im around 570rwhp. Im from long beach.

I was planning on doing both soon, im gunna go with jre rough idle blower cam. Would the car have to be retuned for the meth bc of the extra octane?

Technically yes, but it's not the best idea to tune for power with the meth. If the meth fails, which does happen, youll be in a world of shit. Even the teachers at the efi classes are saying if you want more power run race gas and use the meth for cooling. But to answer your question, yes, you will need a retune.

That's a good bit of advice right there. Meth for cooling IATs.

If you want to enjoy any benefits of it then yes. With no re-tune then you will be running rich.

Last thing i want is any problems. After i do a cam, ill consider nitrous if meth isnt worth it and cause problems

As with any "performance"enhancement, both can create problems if improperly used or in the event a component fails...

I think I read Ted is your builder... Talk to him... He'll give you the straight scoop on either system and if he recommends one or the other, or neither...
