Phantom Black vs Black

So I'm going in to put my order for a '14 in today. Can anyone provide good pics of Phantom Black for me to compare to the Black?

Is Phantom just a Metallic black or is it like the difference between black and "washington" black?

Wait - since when is "Phantom Black Metallic" an OEM camaro color?

and to answer your question - Phantom black metallic is the OEM black (essentially) with blue, purple, and gold metallic flakes in it. I've got a hundred or so pics of it in my build thread.

This is a list of colors for Chevy. '14MY doesn't offer most of those colors.

Yep.

The only new Camaro colors are the ones Becky lists in the OP

It's my understanding that Phantom Black is for the new SS sedan, and from what I've seen of Commodore VF photos, it's not a metallic paint.

So that real question is then, what's the difference between Phantom Black Metallic, Carbon Flash Metallic and Black Granite Metallic?

On a side note, I now in what color I'd want an SS sedan.
