I hope this leads to an arrest and recovery of your sleds, but beware - there are some pretty weird people on Craigslist. This could be someone's idea of a joke or perhaps a ruse to get something else from you. Just saying - be careful. You did the right thing by letting the police dig further. Good luck.

Ive been kicking around the idea of a 4 stroke? I'm just worried about the weight! I do a little drift busting and ditch bangin' and I've heard the heavy sleds aren't real good for that? How's your XF been? I have been researching the ZR6000,8000 and like yours the 9000! It would be nice not to add the oil! what's that other cat in your garage?

Did they finally fix the exploding belt issue?
Friend of mine must of went thru 6 belts in one weekend with his turbo. He ended up selling the cat the same winter.

I had a friend that had a 2009 Z1 turbo that ate belts! He said he thinks it was only a problem on the first, and maybe the second year? He had his machined and squared up?? says that fixed his problem! went from eating belts every 100-200 miles to about 700 on the last one

Talking UPDATE, UPDATE! GOT MY SLEDS BACK!!

I got my F7's back! On Saturday feb. 22nd the Emmitt county sheriffs sled patrol nabbed the thieves at a Shell Gas station in Indian River, Mi. The idiots rode right by them on one of the main trails. Real smart! I think they assumed I was just some tourist that had insurance, who just wrote them off?? WRONG! sorry, NO insurance, I wasn't giving up on $6000 grand worth of sleds I have insurance now!

Homeowners insurance does not cover them. He would need to have comprehensive coverage on each sled.
