You could probably use this as a starting point in creating a front license plate bracket holder.

How long does this take to install? What all is required to install - take off whole front bumper? Or just a grill piece?

And, how much $?

Slide straight edge thru grill mark best location to clear grill self explanitory when you look at it take you time mark edge with marker
Remove front wheels 10 min
Remove wheel wells 20 min
Remove front facia bolts and pins unplug light harness 30 min drinking beer
Set front facia on soft surface rugs towels etc.
Remove steel bumper
Set tow hook on mark made earlier on front of bumper and use a marker to mark the back using the front mark for alingment mark holes and drill back of bumper
It takes long wrench and some tape to start the nut on the inside of the bumper but it works bolt up tow hook
Reinstall front facia wheel wells and wheels
