GM cam gear timing mark?

I'm guessing the factory timing mark on the cam gear is the beveled slot looking thing next to a tooth? Its the only thing I could see that remotely resembled a timing mark. Guess we'll see here in 3-4 hours once i change the springs and put her back together

Yep. Mine looked exactly like yours, but with no red dot. I just used the bevel slot, since (like in your picture) its in the same spot anyway.
