how do u track it when its in the rail. My number is ETTX905367. I called the 1-800 number and then it say put the cars initials. whats intials whould that be?!? Im lost, Help!!!!!

YOu can call the dealer, and theywill know what rail car/ rail company the car is coming on. If they say they don't know its a lie. They know exactly where the car is at all times. Try calling your dealer and asking for the rail car it is on. After i asked my dealer for that info they tlold me not to worry the car will be here tomorrow! lol

ETTX - initials

When you call, CSX 800-235-2352 say location, it will ask for intials (from a touch tone phone)
E(32)T(81)T(81)X(92) it will then ask for number 905367, then say done & all your info will be repeated & info will be given about that railcars location!!

The first number is where the letter is on keypad, the second is the position on keypad

I am a dealer and having delivered 11 Camaro's, I can tell you that the DBC doesn't give us that info nor do we have access to it.

So, we are not lying when we say we don't know.
