I'm removing my valve covers today. Are the gaskets reusable and how do you remove the oil pipe

Yes the gaskets are reusable.

By "oil pipe" do you mean the dipstick or the oil inlet (where you pour in oil)?

Just twist, pull and wiggle. I was doing that and it started to come out. Be careful though cause you can crack the cover and you will have to end up replacing it.
