I got into the character screen twice...but couldn't create characters because it would time out 1 minute after hitting "create character".

I give up for tonight...

i do have to say, as much as this is to be expected, you would think this company has been around long enough, and have done enough game launches, to know how to handle millions of people trying to log in on launch day.

They're a soulless shell of their former selves, only a matter of time until they sink down to EA's level.

Still no excuse for a failed launch though.

So what I'm understand from the last day or so of this thread is that no one can log in or play the single player game due to overloaded servers?

Glad I didn't decide to wake up at 3 to play lol. I'll try to check it out today after work maybe they'll have all that fixed by then.

I did buy the on-line version and trying to download it here, but the download speed is only at 49kbps......damn you Afghanistan, I think I have 2% done.

I'm just waiting until I get my laptop to download the client and log in.

I take it they fixed the servers already?

Going to go to GameStop or Walmart and grab a copy after work. Debating on whether I'll install it on my laptop or my Mac mini and 46 inch tv in my living room.... Decisions decisions!
