What is this?
Slowly getting my wheels and tires in the mail and I received these weird red rings. My guess is they keep the center cap on while the wheel is on the car? If anyone knows or has a good guess, your knowledge is greatly appreciated

They are to center the wheel on the axle When the wheel is not made for car/axle. Known as hub rings.
