I think the VIN on Ressler's ZR1 is 5900001 and Leno's is 5800001, or something like that(not exactely sure with those numbers)

I hope that make at least a little sense.
On the ZR1...
Regular production ZR1s start with vin 800001
The first one is Cyber Gray 1G1YR26R895800001 (owned by Jay Leno)
GM used a different 900000 vin sequence for Mr Ressler's BD1 car, it's 1G1YR26R495900001.

Currently the production sequence for CTF cars has began with a 0. I'm guessing that they'll make production cars start with a 1. So the first VIN will likely be 2G1FK1EW9A9100001 (a discussion of VINs can be found here). Who knows if they'll do something like the ZR1 with Hendrick's car and give him a different VIN series than anyone else.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Before I was a Stang woman I was a Chevy girl. My 1st - SS candy apple red 69 396 and I did have a new 77 Z28 - white manual.

These new ones are amazing. I can tell you guys are all drooling. Thanks again for letting me in here. Enjoy these new toys.

RS w/SS

A Tidbit of info I haven't seen on this site yet is that the badging differences you will see on an SS and an SS with the RS option. The SS badging in it's standard form is silver. When you add the RS to the SS the SS badge becomes Red. There will not be any "RS" badge on an SS car. You can see that in the pictures of the SS cars..the black one facing the fence has red SS badges (it has the RS option) will most of the other SS models have silver badging. The LT cars will have an RS badge on them when that option is ordered.

30-35 sounds about right. As I said, those babies have been sitting there for over two weeks. I haven't seen anymore come or go since.

BTW, weve seen v6s with the lower rear diffuser as well, so im not sure whats going to production. I think, both cars are getting the more lower rear diffuser, i think, not sure.
If anyone still drives by and sees these, can you take a pic of the IOM with the stripes, preferably the IOM with CGM stripes please, pretty please,? Thank You!

Great Assortment!!!

Seeing those pictures of all the Camaros at the factory has been the most exciting pics to see to date. Reminds me of a time when I pulled into a Chevy lot in Pekin Illinois and saw about 20 new Iroc's, Z28's etc for sale. So freaking cool!!!!!!
