ridetech coilovers rebound

I installed the front coilovers last night. I was setting the round clickers to the recommend start setting of 20 out from full hard. The passenger side has 27 clicks from full hard to soft. The driver side only has 15 clicks from full hard to soft.

Please try this:
-Rotate the knobs to full stiff (clockwise).
-rotate them to full soft (counter clockwise) and count the clicks as you have done, but also complete revolutions of the knob (so did it rotate 2 full turns, 3 full turns, etc)

They should have equal clicks, so I'm trying to figure out if debris is causing the low click knob to hang.

Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.
Thanks!

One side goes 2.5 turns from fully in and other side goes little over 4.5 turns from fully in.

I sent a PM in response to your message. However, I'll put it out here so everyone sees it.

My guess is that there was debris present when the adjuster was installed, and that debris is stopping the adjuster from spinning. Once in a while we'll see this and it's typically a steel shaving from the thread forming operation that wasn't fully cleaned out.
Once I have your contact info (and it looks like you got these through JDP?) I'll have warranty contact you and get everything taken care of.

I just had my RideTech coilovers installed and noticed the same thing happening on mine. Passenger side front goes 13 clicks and driver side front goes 27 clicks. I have not checked the rear yet (the knob is next to impossible to adjust without jacking the car up).
