I'm not a fan of stripes but yours look great. I'd keep them for a few years. When you're ready to repaint based on chips, road wear, etc. THEN you go stripe-less, get your true vision.
Maximizes the value of your investment dollars over the long haul and gives you something to look forward to and makes it a whole lot easier to live with dings and chips as they occur over the next few years.

i have an ABM, and i just added a custom single hood stripe, factory style single trunk deck, and over the roof. 26" wide.
i used Anthracite carbon fibre 3m 1080. its in the gunmetal range of colors. compliments the abm nicely.

I think the stripes look pretty good. I had the "bumblebee" aftermarket vinyl stripes added to mine. It took the custom shop all day to do it, but they did a fantastic job.
