Z28 Interior Question

What is the color of the door panel inserts and dash trim on the Z28 is it Carbon Flash Metallic?

I'm slowly swapping my SS interior over to a Z28 appearance. Thanks

Stock Z/28 dash and door panel inserts are not carbon flash, a matte black perhaps called octane.

Using a 15 Z/28 VIN I found:
TRIM, FRONT SIDE DOOR, LH

General Motors
Usage: (OCTANE) : ES37 DOOR TRIM FINISH(FMQ), STANDARD SINGLE SPEAKER SYSTEM(UQQ), ENHANCED SPEAKER SYSTEM(UQ3), DOOR PANEL TRIM COLOR(1ET)

APPLIQUE, INSTRUMENT PANEL TR PLT, RH

General Motors
Usage: (OCTANE) : ES37 I/P MOLDING COLOR(3FE)

APPLIQUE, INSTRUMENT PANEL TR PLT, LH

General Motors
Usage: (OCTANE) : ES37 I/P MOLDING COLOR(3FE)

What color are your SS ones? I might trade you. I hate that cheap feel. I want to wrap mine in red leather. Just haven't bothered to find a shop to do it.

Thanks for the information and help!

Does anyone happen to know the part numbers for the two 'Octane' dash trim pieces?

EDIT found Z28 Octane dash part numbers.

22907769 - Left
23162406 - Right

This link isn't of my car but they are black cloth wrapped like the inserts shown in the thread below. I'll also removing the matching dash trim.

Alternately If you were interested in buying them without trade to modify and keep your originals id also give you a good deal.

That makes sense, I'll let you know. I have door panels on the way and am ordering the dash inserts from a local dealer. Should be in the next 1-2weeks.
