ZL1 commercial during Hawaii Five-0 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I work on Monday nights and I set my DVD recorder to record Hawaii Five-0. Came across the ZL1 commercial "IT'S ALL VERY TECHNICAL......UNTIL YOU BURY YOUR RIGHT FOOT". It shows the camouflaged ZL1 Camaro at the 'Ring in the garage. The later part of the commercial is the black ZL1 during the 24 hours testing.

I recorded it too, now I can't wait to get home watch it later. They should replace the silver SS on the show with a ZL1.

I have been telling my wife they need a ZL1 now; maybe take one of the CTF's for them to use. It would be cool.

the one on the show looked like an RS in the most recent episode, is it an ss?

are there any real roads in Hawaii anyway? everything is so short distance what would be the point? is there a good stretch where you could really drive?

Its a V6 model. The coroner has the Rally Yellow V8 model. LOL! And definately agree that they should replace Dano's Camaro with the ZL1 model!

Absolutely. On the Big Island of Hawaii. If you want long, long roads you'll want to go the Big Island. No freeways. Perfect for the ZL1!

It was this weeks episode. You can look to see if CBS.com allows you to stream the shows that already aired. Not sure the commercials are in it after they air.
