Bumblebee Wedding Car
Hi All
I'm getting married on March 12th, and I'd love to surprise my fiancee with a ride to our hotel the night before in a Bumblebee Camaro. She fell in love with the car years ago and I think i would score serious husband points! Does anyone own in the UK own one and willing to help a guy out? I'll happily to pay travel costs and petrol money, plus a serious thank you present. Anyone able to help? Oliver |

I'm in Leicester, in a village called Littlethorpe, just off J21 of the M1. The hotel is in Ullesthorpe which is a 20 min drive away..

Hello Trooper Oliver, congrats on your imminent wedding. Are you currently serving in the armed forces?

Hi Oliver,
Here are some of my best photos from today. I'm sure your photographer has some better shots, I was too busy drinking my cup of tea haha :-) I've also got a really good reaction video on the GoPro when we turned up and Jo couldn't believe it. I'll try and upload it. Hope you have a great wedding day tomorrow. Ed, it appears I might need to get some matching Camaro sunglasses! Looking that cool must be a lot to handle on a daily basis! Regards, Pete

Pete, Ed is apparently a dedicated follower of fashion. He's been ordering more Camaro related rags as we speak. I do quite like the shades...
I'm glad you guys made a young bride smile. Good Job!

Rich, I spent thirty minutes fighting off the attention of half a dozen young ladies - it can't just be the car; when you got it, you got it - know what I mean? Was out in it again today with a great bunch of blokes, good weather so the shades were on again!

Now that the dust has settled on the weekend, I wanted to say a massive thank you to Ed and Pete for making my Wife so happy.
Unfortunately she has gone from loving the camaro to wanting one... so guess I'd better start checking my euro millions tickets! When I get a photo of the day I'll upload it ☺ |

Congrats to you & Jo Oliver - hope your day went well. Start cutting her housekeeping allowance now mate - Gen 5 Camaros can be found for sub-£20k and 6.2 litre leather sofa is a household essential (as anyone on the forum will testify)
