Cruising Woodward Ave. in my 2010 Camaro 3.6L V6 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Finally had a chance to go cruise Woodward tonight with my son. We left our house around 7:15 pm and we were down around 13 mile by 7:45 pm. Made a few passes. I noticed a V6 IOM parked near a business. I decided to stop and chat with the person. I talked to her about my Camaro and hers for the next hour or so. My son and I got home about 10:45 pm. Here are a few photos from this evening. I did not get a photo of her Camaro thou......

It was a good time checking out all the cool rides as they drove by us.

Sunday I will be heading to the Waterford race track for an F - body on the hill show. we get to go out on the track for some spirited parade laps at lunch time. I will start a thread late Sunday or Monday from that event.

Last night was fun , i did a few laps down Woodward late and past you up Rtcat.

Indeed you did. I noticed a silver non-RS V8 Camaro coming up thru traffic behind me. Once you went by I knew who it was. Nice to see a fellow Detroit Gen 5 member out enjoying the evening.

Anyone going back out there tonight. Might have to go do a few more laps.

@rtcatman - whats the plan for the Dream Cruise this year? Are the 5th gens meeting up again like last year? I will be in town Thursday night til Sunday.

Nothing has been reported yet. The 5th Gen Detroit club was looking into a location to support the club. SLP is looking into a location for their club. I have seen nothing for 5th Gen. in general yet. As soon as I know something further I will pass along the information.

I was wondering the same, keep us posted. Planning on going out friday night, looking to meet up with other owners if possible. Gonna try to park at the funeral home next to art van.

If you are in town by 5 pm on Thursday meet me up at the Moose Preserve. It is located accross the street from where we were parked last year.

The meeting at the Moose is becasue that is where the GM Performance Team is meeting to do a cruise wtih the Camaro's, Corvette's, and the CTS's.

I ran into Becky and Joe...

I went out for a "warm- up cruise"....
On Woodward tonight.
There were a few thousand people watching...
And it's only Tuesday!

And guess who I found cruising....
