Aeroforce Interceptor Gauge

According to the website, "the Interceptor will measure 0-60 times, as well as 1/8 and 1/4 mile time and speeds.

Has anyone used this to calculate their times or speeds? It would be nice to have this to practice launches to get the 60 foot time if it measures it. I just don't know how accurate it would be.

I messed with mine once for a practice 1/4 run. I have no idea how accurate it was because I have never taken mine to a track to see what it will do.

0-60 is pretty accurate, As far as the 1/4 and 1/8th go, Its accurate if you don't spin too much.

If you roast the tires it will give you some crazy fast time. I did it and according to the gauge ran a 12.08@113. My PB at a track is 12.8@111. The gauge usually logs me at 12.6-12.7 @ 112-114

Yeah its measured off the wheel speed sensors. Dont spin and its pretty accurate.

Can it tell 60 ft times? I am guessing same general rule with tire spin though.

I am getting ready to purchase a NOS setup and need a gauge to read the air/fuel ratio. Does this read the air/fuel ratio? The website says the following below. Do I already have to have some type of kit for it to read the air/fuel ratio?

0-5v inputs can be configured to read the outputs from MAP sensors, Air/Fuel ratio kits, pressure or temperature sensors, etc. Raw voltage can be displayed or a conversion can be entered to read proper units.

It will read AFR if you use their kit or another kit that can read 0-5v. I was using their fuel pressure kit and kept blowing the sensor (once was my fault because I didn't disconnect it the way the directions said to, the second and third times I did and it still blew). I stopped using it after that because they would only sell a $70 kit. I went to a different fuel pressure setup and have had no issues. I have no experience with their AFR stuff, only the fuel pressure.

Reviving an old thread. Since I first posted this, I have went twin turbo. I want to be able to data log the car and this seems like it reads a bunch of different things. Is the gauge worth the money?

When I talked to Kevin at AGP about what to run for a second gauge in my pillar, the Aeroforce Interceptor is what he recomended. Im not sure on the data logging capabilities of it though.
