I've never been to a Hooters, but I'd like to check it out sometime. Probably kind of expensive, but it's probably fun.

My car is built, (QNFFNF), and hoping to get it in about 2 weeks. Will post pics when I get it.

Not a biggie, but the 2013's are now featured on this website. I can't really tell the difference between the 2012's, and the 2013's, just looking at the outside of the car. And for anyone here looking to upgrade their radio to resemble the MyLink radio, there seems to be many aftermarket radios that fit into the camaros, that do about the same thing as the MyLink. Touch screen, pare with your iphone, and all that sort of thing.

Got the issues taken care of was at the track on friday night made 4 passes then lost oil pressure. Brought it home on saturday tore it down on sunday fixed the oil pump issue for now if it has an issue again will go with the melling oil pump. Oil pressure is back will try to make it to the hooters on thursday.

The timer was down at the track so used the diablo trinity to check my times said I ran a 12.5 at 111mph will have to hit the strip this friday to verify times.

Hey folks, just wanted to remind and let everyone know that next week is the first week of the new month and you know what that means? No? Oh ...well let me remind ya. Every first Thursday of the month Hooters in Las Cruces is the monthly Camaro Meet. Andy, the manager of the Hooters, is an advid Camaro fan whom also owns a 45th Anniversary, wants to bring out the Camaro community in Las Cruces and have a show of sorts at his location. He has made arrangements to have everything on the menu 10% off for this, minus the alcohol. So come and bring out your Camaro, whether it's a 5th Gen, 1st Gen, 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, or even 2nd Gen, bring em out. Plus if you know of anybody that has an older Camaro, let them know and have them come out and enjoy the fun times with us. Last month we had 12 Camaros show up, which is a great turnout for the first meet, so let's try to get more.

Great News guys, El Paso F-Body will be joining up with us for the Hooters All-Gen Camaro Gathering bringing in 4 of their F-bodies. We also got a young buck bringing his'85 IROC-Z and two gents mentioned they would try to stop by with their 1st Gens. This is shaping up to be a great monthly gathering everyone. Keep spreading the word and thanks to Louis (Wildpony65) and Andy for getting this all setup for the Camaro Community.

Not a biggie here, but I got a laugh out of this. My car made the Viva website. That 2013 2LS camaro, "in transit" you see advertised, that's my baby.

I was surprised they put it on their website. If you click on the window sticker, it says something like the "vin number is invalid, car may have been sold." Yep, it's sold, and I'm buying it.

Yeah we (5th Gens) are not F-Bodies, and you'll get that kind of flack from 4th and 3rd Gen clubs every now and then, but guess what? We have an amazing performance muscle car that can handle both the circuit and straight away damn well.
