the DC auto show site got updated either yesterday or today and they have the Camaro listed as PRODUCTION vehicle on display.

ZR1 is there too incase anyone cares

I think if you show proof of a pre-order they should let you sit in it. But, that's just me. Is it going to be a LT or SS?

I will be attending this event. I went to the last one in hopes to see the Camaro, but all they had was a girl with a PDA taking names and addresses to send a poster to. I have that one hanging in the office.

I am glad they will have the Camaro there. Does anyone know which models they will have?

Fbodfather said the plan is to have pilot cars (the ones you can sit in) at all the shows after the first of the year.

I am planning on attending this show as well. I was going to start a thread on it once we got closer, but I guess this is as good of a place as any. Since many of us never have a chance to say hello to each other in person, this might be a good chance. If you are going to this show, when do you plan on going? I was thinking Saturday mid-day for me.

I am wondering if that means V8 or V6. Will any of the SEMA cars be there?

I try to get verification on this every chance I have. ???? re: the above site pictures for the DC show production car. Is that a black or grey interior ????? Sorry if this is running it in the ground but I ordered grey interior. I need to know if I need to change my selection or keep it grey. What ever is in that car is what I HAVE to get in my car.

Zebra Thanks again -- You sent me that before & I was so happy but then I saw a picture in the Feb. 2009 Hot Rod magazine page 40 -- The caption read like that was the production seats. Naturally I got worried again. I am going to give a rest now. I was told there would be a Camaro at the auto show coming to Jackson Ms 1-24-09. I hope that is true. I will sure be there.
