I can do 1300 SHIPPED...no b.s here, dont give a crap about the warranty...and IF I can get the nicks and small rash fixed I'm game.

You can ship all 4 wheels/tires via greyhound and I know that they will be VERY reasonable. I shipped a quad I parted out, and it was very cheap.

I've tried craigslist but no go. In Albuquerque, there aren't many people with deep pockets so this is pretty much it. Regardless, I am going to sell the Camaro, it's just a matter of time now since I've secured another job but I am tired of stressing over car payments so I'd rather get a DD and be done with things especially since I have the reputation of 'Electrical Engineer Contractor'; I honestly thought the world needed more engineers but I ain't seeing the security...

I guess my question is, "Would a dealer want to buy the Camaro with 22's or Heritage 18's?' The 18's are just sitting in the garage collecting dust and are only worth maybe $300 on a good day. From what I think, there would be no dealer added value with the 22's but I'm almost sure the 18's would lose around $500-$1k when sell or trade-in comes.
