I had the same issue, but I installed dynamic bullet mufflers... Sounded awesome!!!!

Yea but that would be pretty stupid to have a 3 inch exhaust and a 2.5 inch resonated x-pipe in the middle. Anyways you should keep the H-pipe. I think he means dynomax bullet mufflers. How much do those quiet the car down exactly?

It wont really quiet down the sound..itll get rid of the rasp, and itll give it a deeper tone. Theyre bullet style mufflers.
