Damn, different venue, but to drive off easy and break and still turn that speed/time.... Dammit man....

Kinda like me breaking at the 3/4 mile mark and still rolling the traps a 1/4 mile further on at 197.... but WAY more so.... Gear drive and holy heck in a handbasket... This car is going to be crazy....

Different setups Robert but both cars are pretty insane for their purpose. Really pulling for you to make a full out run this time as its going to be one crazy ride with those new turbos for sure.

Going to be a super nice build. Good luck with it. My shop just finished putting dual prochargers on their shop truck with a gear drive. Its the first gear drive setup I've seen and its definitely awesome. Too bad us with corvettes don't have room for a setup like that.

Yeah... Its nuts. Hooking not the issue as its a huge 4x4 Dodge truck, but it did blow up a fully built tranny immediately after hitting the street. Anyways, that's another story for another time and place.

Call LME and get a sick RHS440 that would be insane. You could as well upgrade the heads/block to use wider/thicker headstuds since youre running that much boost. The bigger motor will also drop the "boost" which should help avoid this problem then next time I guess.

I already went with the RHS block and the heads are fine as they will be drilled out to take 1/2" head studs time. Boost wasn't the cause, it was the timing that caused the problem. That is also addressed and won't be an issue.

jrpxxii Get a hold of Lou at American Racing headers, he might give you some pointers since they just down sized the blower to an F1C and moved the blower to a crank drive system.

Thanks but BES has done hundreds of them. Very simple setup just very expensive. Only issue I see is radiator placement as the blower sticks out of the crank a good ways.

Also debating whether to swap over to air to water intercooler. It will gain awesome power and run way cooler but not sure I want to fool with constant ice
