Is There anbody out there that was number one on Dealer list (Priority1, aknowledged by dealer) that ordered The very first day they were excepting orders. 10/13/08 who Does not have their car yet or at least not have it built yet......SS

I'm dying here.... Finaly at 3300 5/30 but whoopy

Please tell me I'm not alone....

I ordered 10/15, priority 1 and still do not have mine. But I had just about every constraint that they could throw at us. My dealer said friday that it was scheduled to be built within the next 2 weeks.

im still waiting i was 3800 on may 5th then went for stripes and then the twilight zone .vin 7895 as of now i bayed waiting for transport in new jersey since thursday i told my dealer i would drive one of his guys to go pick it up .they are not moving as quick as i want them to .but i bet if i offered money to them they would .its not like they are selling many cars or mopping the floors olr anything .i would think they would want me to have my car as quick as possible to make some profit

EDIT: and the bad part is... GM acknowledges that I ordered on 10/13 (it's printed on the Sangyup Lee Camaro picture I received in the welcome kit)... but does not seem to care. They have built like 14,000 of these beasts. People are driving them right now that have no loyalty to GM, and didn't even pre-order.

another thing.... I could have bought 3 different Black SS/RS's by now for MSRP from other dealers in my area, right off the showroom floor. I just don’t want to lose my deposit.

... yes this "pre-order" thing is a farce

We can only hope that bankruptcy will force GM to begin to view business practice through the eyes of the customer. At least the engineers and designers are legit.... because any other car would not be worth this headache.

Me Too, Cyber Gray Set me back....I had an opotunity to change colors but didn't want to. Than about two weeks ago the carr that was ordered after mine arrived.

I guess that part was my Bad but I wanted what I ordered. I dropped all other constraints....Hurst Shifter , High wing spoiler, etc To get the order accepted. I was told a TPW of 6/8 but I am not holding my breath. Maybe now with Saturdays and overtime things will speed up a little.

I ordered 10/13 and still have no car...but my car is being transported to me as we speak. Apparently my dealer got the invoice on Saturday!

Oops...sorry I didn't read the whole post...I was #4 at my dealership....

I ordered 10-15 was #1 they recieved #2 almost a month ago. Dealer said it was released last wednsday. Hoping soon...
