Today's project: Adding 3D vents to make my ZL1 different

I saw these 3D vents on another member's car and I decided to order them for my Z. I must admit taking a high speed cutting tool to my Z's fenders was kinda scary but the work was definitely worth it.

Here's a few pics of today's project. I'm happy with my Z's new look.

First step was to remove the Camaro letters using a heat gun, fishing line and some Goo Gone.

Masked off ready for some sheet metal slicing.

Hole cut. Ready for some Plastidip to darken the red.

Some pics of the finished product. I like it.

I went with the dual vented custom oem fenders. I like the look of yours too but the 3d was not my number 1 option. nice!

I like the OP's idea of using Plastidip to darken the red inside area. However, I do prefer the dual vented custom OEM fender look over the 3D. Do they make these in single instead of dual vent?

That looks awesome. I would have a hard time cutting my car even if it was only the fenders, though.
