Misunderstanding during transaction.

Awe man, that's absolutely horrible. Stuff like that definitely leaves a bad taste in your mouth for future purchases, that's for sure.

Luckily, I have some good news. My situation worked out well. The seller just refunded my $220. I will shipping this intake manifold back to her on Wednesday.
