Guess what happen to me - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Well i went to the dealership in my town today because they are having a contest to win a camaro, so i walk in fill out my form and there is a staff sergeant talking with one of the sales people. i walk over to look at the camaro they have on the showroom floor and his wife was there. so he gets gone talking to the sales person and walks back over to his wife. he told me he was getting summit white and i said he will be waiting a long time before u can get that. and his wife asked me did i get a camaro, and i said yes it will be here in a couple weeks. and he says well your getting a v6 so you should hang your head in shame. it took a minute for this to register in my head and i wanted to say something really nasty but that would be wrong because i was in uniform also. so i just walked out.

Hmmm, I would have still given him a piece of my mind. You can still argue with someone while still being civil...Well, maybe not..I don't think I would have been very nice. But somebody with more patience could have

what makes it even worst he is on this website, because he knew about the battery recall and i know there isnt anywhere else he could of found out about it. so quickly

V6, V8 doesn't matter. They are ALL Camaros and they are each individually a great car. It was just a DICK comment. Don't sweat it. You'll be the one enjoying it...

I'm getting a V8 but there is nothing to hang your head over 300+ hp V6, way better than a lot of V8s
