Powdercoated HX?

Has anyone purchased an aftermarket heat exchanger and gotten in powder coated? I was thinking about buying one and PCing it black. If anyone has done this can you post a picture?

Actually, they make thermal dispersion coatings that may be even better.

Okay but look at the data again, 40 degrees better in black with no fan, 3 degrees better in raw aluminum with the fan running. Once again, with a fan the black did not work as well..... so think about your engine, my fans pretty much only shut off when the car is completely cold or it gets above 50 mph and then there is more air moving than when the fans are on. Sitting at a stop light...my fans are running..... That fan was 6 feet away and tiny... these things transfer heat through convection not radiation..... black will not be better in our cars....ever. It was a poorly designed hypothesis.
