I have SS springs all round and it sits a tad lower. I have the shocks and struts but haven't got around to swapping them yet.

No the spokes on the 18 inch steel and alloy wheels wont clear the brakes. That's why the SS model has to have the 20's. I don't know about the 19's though.

It feels better than it did when it had the stock v6 stuff. The sways are a few millimeters thicker on the SS. But I still need to change the shocks and struts.

Welcome. I cant help it, I just like to learn as much as I can about anything. It comes with being a geek. You should also know that since you got the manual v6, you get the 3.27 limited slip diff and axles used on the auto SS. So if you ever want to upgrade your gears, any kit for the SS will fit.

I as well like to get on forums and research and learn, I know so much about 4th Gen Fbodies it's insane haha. I knew I had the 3.27 LSD, I put my car up on a lift after I got it and looked at everything and saw the tag on the diff but I didn't know that it was the same as used in the auto SS! Thanks for that bit of info!

I cannot say for certain where I saw it on the forum, but there was talk of the fluid reservoir having different specs for the non-SS vs SS. You might want to invenstigate this before you make the switch.

The master cylinder is larger on the SS. No problems whatsoever with the V6 and the brembos, been driving with them on for a year.
