Need a base Magna Charger Tune File
Background:
My TVS 2300 kit didn't ship with the instruction book or the return shipping label. Called them Thursday and they said they would email a shipping label. I called back later and asked if they could just email me the HP tuner file and I would put it in. They said they would send it out first thing Friday morning. Neither shipping label or tune file arrived in my email. Anyone have any sort of base tune to go off of so I can get this car on a dyno Sunday? My email is vsgls1@gmail.com Thanks, Keith

I don't think they will be open on the weekend.
If anyone has access to HP Tuners you should be able to pull the ECM tune file out.

I have had some less than favorable experience with MagnaCharger Customer Service...
They have a great product, and they would increase sales exponentially if they would improve customer service. As for getting a tune...I am not sure why they have not figured that part out yet. If you give them a call, mention that you need the car completed, and it has to be sent then and there while you are on the phone. That has seemed to work for me. |

I could never get the calibration department on the phone, had to leave voice mails. Things get done when you can get them on the phone.

I have only used EFI Live, so I am not familiar with the HP Tuners interface.
