It's rare that a dealer would put anything on their lot without AC and sound system. Especially in a premium price position.

I have a hunch that all <AC cars were either ordered for customers, or dealers who are going campaign a car for advertising/fun.

I thought they were delivering the Z/28's in seperate trucks not delivering them by tractor trailering.

Plus knowing Munday Chevy.... A $10k gouge is on the low side for them. Stay away from that place. They're masters at cheating on paperwork. My parents ended up with a brand new truck for practically nothing due to salesman incompetence. He forged a signature of my dads on something, he caught it, and the fun ensued! Lol
But I'm still curious how they got that many Z's. I've been contemplating trading my 1LE since I only track it and don't drive it the way I planned.

I agree, but it's probably a close tie between Munday and Robbins! All crooks!!! Munday screwed me over with a forged signature also!

Classic in Grapevine, TX never charges more than MSRP on any vehicles. Also applies all valid rebates and discounts to all purchases.

I love the Z/28 but I'm happy with my 1LE and the creature comforts that come along with it as well as its price point. Were you able to snap any pics of it? Congrats on your 1LE. You will absolutely love it!!!

They have been the #1 volume dealership in the US for the last 8 years. I am sure they can get one.

Contact Charlie Evans at 817-239-1850.

My sales guy says that the 1LE, ZL1's, & Z/28's all come to them in special trucks vs their normal shipments. I assume it's the wide bodies and/or tires??? Don't know how many cars these "special" trucks hold or what they look like. But supposedly that Z/28 and my 1LE came in the same truck. I know for sure they were both being prepped at the same time since I witnessed that part.
As a note, this dealership is under 10 miles from the railyard that all the cars come to from Canada.

I can only say that is my personal experience went very well. My 1SS 1LE w/NPP was stickered at $38,800 with destination. I ended up paying $34,300. And that was special ordering it. And to top that off, they offered to tint my windows and do custom bowties for me for free because I closed the deal on the last day of the month. They did my window tint yesterday and I go in Wednesday for my bowties. So not just a sales pitch. My sales guy even called me on his day off, from home, to update me with the news that my car had just arrived at the railyard. That was pretty cool I thought.
So I can only assume like most dealerships, you have good and then you have bad sales people. Happens in most occupations.

They are wider than the normal Chevrolets.

Hence the enclosed car haulers with 11 cars per hauler.

Stingrays and Z/28's are supposed to come via the enclosed truck trailers.
