Try the CSX number first..
They are the ones that pull out of the plant..
if it is going west.. you could also look at Union pacific or BNSF.. but they wont change in Canada for those 2..

Finally got a Vin it is 2G1FT1EW6A9139893. Was told that it is on the rail and has left for the states. EXP of transit is 9-8.
