That's so funny how much THAT video gets posted when, those guys are good friends (they both posted on another forum so I am not making this up) and the Mustang beat the Camaro later that night. No video on that though.

In any case, I drove about 60 miles round trip several weeks ago to meet guys in my town with Camaro's . Everyone here I have met has been great.

You can clearly see at the end of the video the 15.2 and here's the slip:

I know that GT's don't usually run 15's... but it DOES HAPPEN! I just love the guys that have never driven at a track before and think they can just go out and rip a "magazine" time their first run! I remember watching a guy in a GT500 struggle... first past was in the 15's! Most people don't realize that on street tires a track is USUALLY a lot more slippery than the street!

So while my buddy with the Shelby GT ended up waxing me the next run, I still have this one video that points out that you just never know what might happen on any given run!

very true thank you for clarifying, i thought you were another one of "those" who sees the worst possible run and assumes that is what that car can do lol..

it's easier said than done though the driver can make or break their run..

Quick background... got my Camaro on Wednesday... my wedding anniversary was Sunday... what a better way to celebrate than to take my new car to the track!!!

So a couple of my Mustang friends decided to come out and help me celebrate! LOL
