Personally, I wouldn't do it...but it's up to you. Good price.

My truck has 95K miles and was barely beat on. Still runs strong. I think this may be a worthy investment for my own sanity and fun. If he still has it, I just may do it..

We're talking 165mph w/ limiter and 330BHP. Schmexy LS1 is tempting..

Also, what looks like scratches and buffing are actually..clouds. I've looked the pics over after thinking that was what they were at first. But they change every other pic, meaning that as the guy moved to take pics, the clouds moved and changed.

At that price you should jump on it and still buy a 5th Camaro. Just maybe have to wait a bit.

It's stolen.......
It must be, at that price
or there is something terribly wrong with it.

I recently bought a 99 3.8 convert camaro for 5800 with 79000 miles and it still drives like a dream. Look under the hood and see how clean it is and look for liquid spots/ leaks etc. I would probably go for it.

All things considered, it may very well be this, or the fact that he had done some modifications to it lowering it's appraised value. It's listed that he installed an under body red light kit that has a remote (At least it's red and therefore in ok taste).

Autotrader index also had him pop the tops and the hood. Looks pretty clean.
Also note when the pictures were taken, must be desperate to sell it now.

Still going to:

a) see if he still has it (doubt it)

b) drive it and see if it is indeed supah epic win.

The guy could be just a 'tard. I've seen it happen, and dealt with such as well; Sold a laid out bike for $650 when it was only worth $30. Dude was going to use it for parts, but still. XD But if it is stolen, or looks that way, I'll report it. After an investigation whose to say that I may catch some reward money after wards?

My only worry is insurance, and how I might get raped anyway (Encompass full coverage) at 22. Not like a Camaro won't do the same, but el parentos were high and mightily pissed after I insinuated that I proposed it being a rider on their insurance as a replacement of my brother's car. Truck is already a rider as well.

Exploder w/ 95K, of course was then going to be offered to my brother for his dying 105K 1996 3100 Monte Carlo Z34.

Was that you on 4chan? Someone did a "wat car is gud" thread with a vic red 98-02 3.8 Convert Camaro 2 days ago. I'd say that would be too recent..but ya know.

Do you have a friend that's a mechanic? I'd have that checked out first to make sure everything works the way it's supposed to...it's almost too good to be true.

might be a good idea bro... when there are enough camaros on the street you can sell it, not lose too much, and get a better deal on the new car. try for 3000-3500 cash

Seeing as it may have been on the market this long, I could probably get him lower. I just need to come up with $2K for insurance.. -_-

I don't have a mechanic friend per se, unfortunately.

What I have: 1750 + 1100 (bike sale) = $2850.00

What I need: Insurance monies. ;_;
