Raffle Liscence Number and Rules & Guidelines

Raffle License # R09756
The first number drawn will win the 2011 Convertible Camaro and the second number drawn will win the trip to Aruba.
Raffle participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued an Internal Revenue Tax Form 1099 stating the value of their prize. Winner need not be present to win.
Due to regulations with the United States Postal Service a Xerox copy of your ticket(s) will be mailed to you if purchased over the phone.
Due to IRS guidelines raffle tickets are not tax-deductible.
100% of the net proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan.
