$2100 for clear bra! WTH?

I've been calling around getting price quotes for some Xpel clear bra protection for my Camaro. Most of the quotes seem to be around $2K just for the front end, fenders, hood and mirrors.

I don't know about you, but that seems excessively high to me. I mean, I understand these places have to make money, but these prices seem ridiculous.

What are you guys (and gals) paying for Xpel?

I was quoted $600 by three places around me and I thought that was high.

I've found that prices in general for the SAME things on this site vary greatly from state to state. Welcome to free enterprise.

When I had clear Bra (Avery Nanofusion) applied to my ZL1 back in 2012, I had the front facia, the mirrors, and the gills done for $900.
If you are getting the entire hood and fenders (front I assume) I can see it costing more.

Are you just getting the clear bra applied, or does it include any paint correction needed prior to the application ?

What warranty is provided in your case vs the shops that are quoting a cheaper price ?

I got a quote for my CTS-V ranging from $800 for mirrors, bumper, and partial hood and fenders to $1700 for mirrors, bumper, and full hood and fenders. Another vendor quoted me $2,464 for the full hood & fender, mirrors and bumper. He said he'd match the lower one, but I was just stunned at the huge difference he was quoting.

Yes, this was Xpel Ultimate with the 10yr warranty.

Needless to say, I didn't do any of them.
