Camaro cover

Immediately I was turning the area upside down searching for it. After questioning the neighbors, one mention seeing a man walking with a gray blanket down the street. “Humm” (Gray blanket: like gray cover perhaps?) I called it in to the Authorities, but was in Sherlock mode. I think the ballsy thief might have a Camaro as well and didn’t want to spend the $350.00 for it. I will find it one day cause I had airbrushed my car logo on the back of it. The hunt is on.
That is precisely why I didn't by the CAMARO cover, but a cheaper generic version - if someones stole it I wouldn't be out so much money and the CAMARO name on it seems to invite someone to take it. I hate thiefs anyway and that would just Eff up my day.

It’s ashamed, but that’s the kind of world we live in nowadays. If it’s a prank, I’ll laugh it off than pounce the prankster. At least the car was all right.

Do they not make covers with locks on them anymore? If you replace it maybe get that kind

They do, but who would think that in their own driveway there is a possibility that it may get stolen. I do have a cable for it to be locked but never used it especially in a gated driveway.

Who would think that thieves would break into a house with the family home. THEY DO!!!! You cannot trust anyone. Sad but true!! Sorry to hear about your cover, luckily they didn't do anything stupid to your car.

I got a cable and lock with mine. I figure if they cut it up they are gonna ruin it so why would they bother to steal it. Vandals however will just be killed.

Why would you think a fellow Camaro enthusiast would do this? I just don't associate us with a would-be thief?? I have no use for a car cover, but if I was looking to buy one and seen a custom logo painted on it- I would not want to buy it. It's just some asshole thief trying to make a buck.

hahah.... that camaro hunting pic made me laugh atleast 3.5 times. Oh the hilarity.

SORRy that some gimp stole your cover though... seriously... people are ridiculous.

Thieves are usually dumb. I doubt it was even a camaro owner. It was probably some douche who just thought racing stripes were badass. Anyone forking up for a camaro of their own would have had the $ to get their own cover at order time.

Only a dummy would snatch a custom car cover not even fit to his own car. That or some kid who wanted a trophy, orrrr someone got curious at what was underneath, didn't know how to put it back on... panic ensued and they bolted with it !

Anyway, don't mean to poke fun... seriously that upsets me. I am glad by the sounds of it though they atleast didn't disrespect the car any further by damaging it.

Gotta say though, I didn't get the cover precisely because I thought it would draw the kind of attention I didn't want.

I'd want to lift it up too if I didn't know what was under those covers. (granted I'd have the common sense not to mess with another persons property)... It would still have my curiosity intrigued.
