Thanks John, Today I decided to go for a ride with my family to the city in my camaro and since I was blocks away from the Javits Center, why not see the camaros. The mods and attention to detail on both Hennessey Camaros are magnificent. It is a must see for those who attend.

Just want to give a shout-out to Curt Frye who I had the pleasure of meeting. And Frank Kondas from SLP Performance. He is one cool guy meet and the excellent person to contact for those who are interested in any of their SLP performance package.

Here are some highlights of the show. Hope you enjoy.

That Camaro LT looks like it is Torch Red with Black stripes. It looks way too bright to be Victory Red. Plus look at the Vette in the backround it looks like it is the same shadfe. Ir could be the lighting but they look identical to me. Maybe Chevy smartened up and decided to give the Maro a real red instead of that sorry excuse for a red.

It does look brighter. IMO it looks better in torch red

Dang...we need something like that down here in SA. Think I'll take the CTSV coupe and the HPE in CGM.....

Thanks. I thought so too. I was looking at the VR Camaro in every angle and seemed to be much brighter. I wrote the vin#’s for future reference if one of you or a new member buys one. They are in the 90-92 Vin # mark. BTW! I was told that “Scotty” was there on Friday. Damn, I wish I would’ve known so I could meet the man!

There's a guy that lives near me (in northern Virginia) that drives a Batmobile like that. You know winter is over when you see him pull the car out for a spin. So cool.

Sweet pics!! Not sure if anyone else read the Motor Trend article from December 2009 called "The Wild Bunch" on Hennessey's HPE650 Camaro against the GT500 Super Snake and the Speedfactory SRT8 but that HPE600 Camaro looks identical to the one they ran in the test! Looks awesome!
