Very cool. Did you have fluid all over when you were removing the hoses? I'm interested in doing this mod as well. Thanks for posting.

Not really, just what was in the hoses. If any coolant did spill on the engine or its parts I rinsed with distiller water. Also make sure you sleeve the rerouted 5/8" intercooler line because it comes very close to the lower radiator hose, the AC condenser and rests on the upper tensioner pulley you want to prevent any wear/leaks caused by abrasion.

Update: Mod complete!

I can finally call this mod complete. A little fiberglass, and textured paint fixed the empty slot left after relocating the intercooler hoses on the engine cover. Super strong, Ive been driving for about 2 weeks on very hot days and see no issues. On to the next mod!!

Impressive.....I would love to do this, but wonder how it would affect the warranty?

Can anyone say exactly what parts are needed to re-route the top hose? I already added the rotofab reservoir but that other hose by itself just looks weird now.

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone have any info on this hose relocation kit? I can't really find anything on it and I am kind of interested in doing it.
