Opinions Please: Side Badge Location?
Picked up some Gen1 retro side badges a few weeks ago and would like to know which location would look better - above the line or below the line. I know the Gen1 badges were positioned below the fender crease, but since I'm putting them on my Gen5 I just want what looks best.
These are just taped on and I realize they are not centered or parallel to the crease. I just took the pics to get an opinion. What say ye? Thanks.

Below the line looks cleaner, IMO.

I'd buy this to go with the 2010 GM chicklets. Anyone want to sell me their chicklets?!

I got them from a vender at a swap meet here in south GA. They are brand new GM Authorized badges for a '69.

Having trouble making a decision, however, I think if I could see the entire fender (with the side marker below the crease) I would vote for below, so that is position for which I am voting.

Hmmm... so far, 12 above and 9 below. I'm actually kind of partial to above as well. The large height of the "C" (which is OEM correct) requires it being just a little too low for my eye's liking.
Thanks guys - more opinions welcome (and wanted).

Below. Not even a question. It's the classic script and that's the classic location

That is my biggest concern - that below is the classic location. But then again... it's not the classic car.

I agree... Doesn't belong on a 5th gen Camaro. Belongs back in the 60's.
