I had these pads with my 1LE with ZL1 fronts, they are an awesome pad!! No hesitation about it, great pad life, great rotor wear, I was able to pull 1.1G brake loads with OEM tires at the track session after session.

Just bought a set of these for my 6-piston fronts and 4-piston rears. Mine is a track car and daily driver...we'll see how it goes.

I personally would, rotor and pad life are great and initial cold bite is okay.

2 issues to keep in mind:
  • If used when the system is cold all the time due to street driving, the rotor and the pads will wear more during daily driving. The rotors are also more likely to be scratched (which usually happens with some of the brands/pads, like Hawk's race pads).
  • I don't know what's up with the Brembo rears (it happened to me with other cars that have similar Brembo setups as well), but the rears do squeak quite a lot with aggressive race pads. At least the ST43s squeaked too much at the rear. I also bought a set (ST47 for StopTech front BBK, ST45 for OEM rears), and will see how loud it is, which is important for street use. Right now, I have the Cobalt XR2s at the rear that don't squeak, and ST43s up front.
I do use race pads at the streets in summer time since I am too lazy to change them back and forth during the track season. Once it starts raining all the time here (mid-late October is usually the time), I'll switch back to the OEM pads.

Ya I daily with my Hawk DTC-70 all the time, so it's pretty much up to the user's preference I guess. I've gotten used the noise that it doesn't really bother me anymore lol
