I just now had same exact and i mean EXACT problem. Stopped to get gas @ BP (then cheated on the Camaro by stopping at a jeep dealer), drove 1-1.5 miles home,driveway and top up combo.same dic messages. going to reset now and see what happens.

I had same/similar issues. The issue was with my ported TB it went bad somehow? Dealer recommended to change TB. I contacted whom i bought the ported tb from and got a replacement. All the issues i was happening is now gone. It has been 3 months.
