Thank you very much for your service to all our Veteran's and active service members. Special thanks to all those who gave their all. A special salute to all my friends & family who currently serve or have served. I will not try to name them all as the list is long and my feeble mind would surely forget some but My personal thanks to my father, Charley Bradley Moore, Father-in-law, Bill Denney, Brother-in-law, Charles Everhart and my active duty son, Ryan Denney. Much love and respect to all who have or currently serve.

well said!

Lol. Happy birthday USMC.

Waiting for a hair cut right now. I need to do this more often than every other month.

Another crazy busy day & tons of documentation to complete again. Boy am I ready for this transition. Looks like I will change over to the split position in early December. I just have to hold on until then.

Good morning. Dang it's c-c-c-coooooold!!!!!! light flurries this morning & wind chills won't get above freezing all day. We already had one homeless man die from exposure in Nashville. Many of them just won't take offers for shelter from the cold. I finished up my documentation around 11:00 last night. coffee time for sure! HAGD

I tried to work out of the office today... I got nothing done. Went home to work out of that office and got pulled into 2 work conf calls. Very productive Yeah! Then HOA board drama wars and got into arguments for 3 hours tonight with board members. I am acting president and the board members do not know what a corporation means. She acctually said we are not a corporation and do not operate as one. Even though our by laws say "Our HOA" as an State of Alabama corporation. I was flabbergasted. Old guard tries to make their own rules and laws. I am about to resign.

HOAs are serious business. One of those things I have a love/hate relationship with. Good luck!

I think I'm going to post some pictures from Hot Rod Power Tour 2014 for my Friday photos for the next few Fridays. Vehicles I see there never cease to amaze.

Our HOA will soon be transitioning from builder run to resident run. I am on the committee and may end up on the board. There is 1-2 eccentrics that want to radically change many random things, kind of like a flavor of the week thing. What becomes their cause is soon forgotten later on. I question their sanity.

Dang!!! It is only 20 degrees.......not wind chill, actual degrees. Some places nearby as low as 17. I don't want to go outside! At least I don't have to drive to Nashville. I cancelled my last client on Monday because we have Monday night football & Nashville traffic will be a nightmare.

Here is a pic from warmer times of me with my dad by his/my truck. HAGD all & stay warm.

Nice photo Jan.

I found my Power Tour 06 disc.

At the time, I had a crappy little point and shoot camera, and my skills were not that great. LOTS of interest when this Camaro pulled into the lot! Boy was that a challenge just to get these photos! Last photo shows what our average speed was most of the time.

Nice pics and interesting to see what the prototype looked like. What car were you in? There's no way I could average that. We were off interstate most of the time and I just love cruising and sight seeing!

I was in a Ford product. I'll post a picture if you are interested.

I cannot remember what road we were on, but from Harrisburg PA to Englishtown NJ we were on some interstate. The majority of our group wanted to get to Englishtown early for some reason, but I cannot remember.

Also, the group wanted to take another detour from Salem VA to Harrisburg. I was not happy about that. Probably why I never did PT again. Then I moved out here.

[COLOR=darkred]Normagene, I don't mind the vinegar & do think vinegar and garlic are good for us but I just can't stand how the garlic smell leaches right through your pores. I just can't go around smelling like garlic all the time. I'll just stick with my echinacea.

Yeah that Garlic smell draws in the men like flies on you know what. They all try and get closer and closer, almost drooling, like I'm a piece of meat that just came out of the oven. Luckily I haven't been bit by any, so far anyway, but it seems like men do love garlic. I need a bigger flyswatter.

Been cold here as well got our first measurable snow yesterday not much maybe an inch. They are saying we could see a foot Sunday and Monday as the lake effect is kicking in. I hope not as I want to drive the Camaro to Florida on Fri and I would rather not drive it through the slop. I was hoping the snow would hold off till I got back.

I did get some good news from work our sales year was so good they are going to shut down at the end of the day on Dec 23rd and we don't reopen till Jan 2 and they are going to give us full pay over that period so I will have a nice long holiday break.
