No way...that amp is used to power the 7 speakers already installed in the car. If you can even somehow manage to hook up a subwoofer to that amp, you are probably going to overwork it and fry it in a heartbeat anyway....and that is if you can even manage to get it to put out enough power to sufficiently push a "small sub woofer." Just spend the $400 and buy a JL 250x1 and properly power your sub woofer. It will never over heat...never breaks...works WONDERFULLY.... I have nothing but good stuff to say about JL.

Leave the stock amp ALONE!
