man i feel you, I learned my lesson after getting my camaro impounded twice, getting 4 speeding tickets and 2 tinted windows ticket, and my insurance skyrocketed over 100%. I got my SS when I was 22 and im now 24. 1 more ticket and my license is gone for 3 months. Yeaup it took me all that to learn the lesson... im in my last year of university and gotta pay the bills....its all matter of knowing the limits and consequences.....but theres no way im sellin' mine...just control yourself and ur good to go

I have gotten a TON of speeding tickets during my driving career. My first '83 Camaro was the only vehicle I have owned that I did not get a ticket it. And that is because it didnt have a working speedo so I just stuck with traffic. But in all of my other vehicles, I have gotten the least amount of tickets in my '13 Camaro. And I still do a lot of spirited driving. I think as long as you are not pushing the limits of the car, and just have it bumped up a bit, you are actually less likely to get a ticket in the Camaro. This is just a theory, but I think cops see a sports car, and for the most part realize that their limits arent as low as most passenger cars. Of course, this could just be a matter of statistics as my '13 sits in the garage most of the time and I use my truck as a daily.
